About the Space
Our space offers a luxury meeting space with a long conference table that sits 18 people plus additional chairs available to sit around the table. Handicap access, easy and quick in and out. 24/7 access. For $20 additional per meeting, you can also reserve for 63" monitor, projector, kitchen and coffee & tea. See details below. SET UP: This 102 Conference Room is on the 1st level. Guests come in and walk right innto the meeting room. 18 chairs are set up around the conference table. There is a side table with cabinets and dresser for storage. There is also a side table for speaker. Additional 22 chairs are available upon request. 4 bathrooms are available on the same floor. PROJECTOR OR 65" MONITOR SCREEN RENTAL Do you need to rent our protector or our 65” monitor (hdmi connection to your laptop)? We offer projector and/or 63” TV/Computer screen to connect to your devices for $20 additional per meeting per equipment. Please let us know what kind of device (Laptop/cellphone brand, model) will need to be connected to our equipments. Minimum 2 hours booking at a time

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
