This listing is for private access to our open co-working space conveniently located in Center City. We pride ourselves in designing an eco-friendly and intimate business environment that facilitates collaborations. Requirements: We require government-issued ID for submission, email address and a guest list for first time guests. Your Reservation Includes: You reservation includes access to your private reserved space with windows, whiteboard, 55" Roku Smart TV, high speed WIFI, available coffee/tea and snacks. Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed - we will provide one large trash bag for catering disposal. Each additional bag, when required, is $10. Hospitality Partners: We partner with local small businesses for both catering and hospitality needs. We currently partner with the Sonesta Hotel. Guests who book with us receive a 15% discount per reservation. Inquire for more information.
