Our modern and beautiful space is perfect for your next creative film or photo production. Ideal space for office-related shoots and filmed interviews. We'd love to host your next product shoot, video shoot, tutorial video, web series, and more. The open floor plan is very flexible, our spaces custom furniture can be used as-is for your production or moved to accommodate your production as well as we can supply rental tables and chairs. Our venue is conveniently adjacent to the Richmond Bart Station and Richmond Bart Station parking structure.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
