A beautiful, stone front porch welcomes you to the home - complete with a wooden swing. The home features a large open kitchen, and family room area with a huge island, floor-to-ceiling windows, transoms, high ceilings, a stone fireplace, and beautiful hardwood floors. There are stone steps to take you into the large flat backyard with a white picket fence. There is a 25' by 30' stone courtyard area with a stone waterfall, fire pit, an outdoor tv, multiple seating areas, twinkle lights, a garden, and a swing in the back patio area. The home is walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This is a very safe neighborhood. A host will remain onsite - upstairs and out of sight - available for anything questions or anything you may need during your rental.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We ensure the home is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the CDC guidelines. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected. We have a brand-new A/C system (June, 2020) with HEPA filters. We have improved our outdoor areas - with outdoor bluetooth speakers, an outdoor television, couch, plants and twinkle lights. Additional seating has also been added to the front porch near the front porch swing and table. We provide hand sanitizer on site for guest use.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
