About Creative Studio District
A 3500 Square foot space for photoshoots and video production that features 40 ft white cycwall and 13ft ceilings. There is also a professional microphone set up for podcasts which can be added on for an additional rate. The best lighting modifier ever, the Broncolor parabolic with high end strobes (with trigger) are available for additional fee. I also have the latest 400W Aputure lights for video production. All lighting is outside of ceiling lights can be rented as add-ons. Seamless backdrop colors are available as well for additional.

I use sanitizer and I have Lysol and 91% rubbing alcohol available. I also bleach some surface.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
