About the Space
Our conference room is a great place for private meetings. Smart TV for presentations and high speed WIFI are included in the rental. Room uses: Business/Meetings, Workshops/Training, Photo/Film shoot Room environment: Windows/Natural light Audio / Visual / Internet: Built-in Smart TV, Whiteboards, Free High-speed WIFI Our listing's hourly rate applies to weekdays. For weeknights (after 5 pm) and weekends, the minimum is 2 hours and cost is $50/hour Coffee, Tea, and Espresso Service Available for additional cost: • Add beverage service to your meeting for $6 per person, or $20 per person for unlimited drinks throughout the day. • For groups of more than 10 guests, a $150 barista service fee will be added, which includes up to 3 hours of staffed service.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our Conference room has AC and Air Filter Fan plus floor fan if desired. We disinfect with spraydown and leave the doors open and air cranking in between bookings. We have tabletop sneeze shields available as well
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
