    About the Space

    A private, light-filled studio in the heart of Santa Monica for team meetings, workshops, offsites, interviews and client sessions. You get a dedicated conference room plus a large open 1,500 sq. ft. studio with 30 ft ceilings and natural light, so you can split into groups, set up a presentation or spread out. On-site parking (3 designated spots) makes arrivals easy. GREAT FOR: team meetings, workshops and trainings, offsites and planning sessions, interviews and casting, client presentations, and small group gatherings. THE SPACE: - Dedicated conference room - Large open studio with 30 ft ceilings and skylights - Dressing/makeup room - Kitchen area with fridge for refreshments - Bathroom - Air conditioning and heat - Wi-Fi - 3 designated parking spots - Garage door for easy load-in of materials and equipment INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA COST: 10 folding chairs and an Echo Studio Bluetooth speaker. The studio also has a clean white cyclorama wall, handy if you want to record video or take team photos during your session. Skylights can be covered on request; please ask in advance.

    Health and Safety Measures

    Bookings are spaced out to allow time to thoroughly clean between guests. Among other cleaning, all trash is removed and surfaces are disinfected. Our large bay door can be opened to allow for air flow during your rental.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
