Versatile Space Space can be used to host professional events as well as baby showers and small dinners. Living room and Loft upstairs/Multiple meetings can go on at once. Various seating areas/table sits 6 and kitchen island sits 4, but chairs can be taken from other areas to accommodate more people in one area. Space can host up to 30 people. Seating for everyone in chairs or sofas. Kitchen has complimentary coffee and tea available. (Keurig with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar available) Equipped Kitchen Catering is allowed/ Guests are responsible for disposing of all left in the space Access to outdoor space. Outdoor seating available. Backyard perfect for team building exercises outdoors. Park conveniently located within the neighborhood as well. High speed internet/ 1000Mbps Smart 4K HDTV Secure Parking onsite. 3 cars inside of garage, 3 on the driveway, and 1-2 on the street.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
