Originally built in 1916, this massive brick split-level loft is perfect for your next podcast, vlog or photo shoot. The sunny open layout is easily adaptable to a variety of uses. Hardwood floors, custom oak accents and a unique 30ft cathedral ceiling give this place tons of charm and character. The included high speed WiFi, central AC along with smart security and lighting devices will also make for a comfortable stay while you work. I've also worked professionally in the film/TV industry and have purposefully configured the space to be "production friendly" by making it cozy yet with ample space for crew to navigate.

Prior to each new booking, enhanced cleaning measures are performed including disinfecting high touch surfaces.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
