About the Space
This contemporary penthouse loft in DTLA is ideal for film/photo shoots, cocktail parties, corporate events, Super Bowl parties and more. It features a 17' TV wall (made up of 16 TVs), a contemporary art collection, a 60' skylight, views of downtown, a super modern full kitchen, modular sofa, dining table, a balcony overlooking Broadway, 12" wide french oak paneled floors. The main space can accommodate about 80 people. This is my downtown home so I am a bit picky about uses that could hurt the expensive materials, art, furniture, but I know you will be wowed by the space.

We have had no events, parties or more than close friends in the space since March 2020. We would clean before and after any rental event with the utmost of caution.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
