A 75” Samsung QLED picture frame art TV equipped with a YouTube Premium subscription brings class and sass. As an adjoined space, our green room adds versatility to any production. Featuring expansive windows, you can utilize the room as a makeup/dressing area or as an entirely new shoot location! The building has minimal foot traffic and we provide an on-site space manager to assist you with any questions. We’re located just steps away from the historic Flatiron Building and are easily accessible by public transit (one block from R-W line, F-M line & NJ PATH; two blocks from 1-2 line & 4-6 line). Various parking garages are also in the area. *Any cancellations due to COVID-19 are non-refundable unless the city imposes indoor gathering restrictions. *We do not reschedule or accept cancellations any dates or times already booked beyond 24 hours of their initial booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you may cancel your current booking and send a request for a new booking date, however, please know that we do not offer any refunds for canceled bookings outside of our cancellation policies. - At our discretion, we are not hosting production bookings with clients who do not have previous booking reviews in either of our venues. - We host limited music video shoots and do not accommodate boudoir or lingerie shoots. - We do not accept bookings more than 30 days in advance of the booking date. - Location agreements can be signed after a booking request is accepted, not before. - We are not available for location scouts before accepting a booking request.
