The 1200sqft space is centrally located on the intersection of 81 street and Biscayne BLVD, close to Midtown and Little River. It is a part of a multi-story loft building, with industrial/modern design. It is a sixth-floor L-shaped corner unit with South and West facing floor to ceiling windows that make for gorgeous afternoon lighting (see images). The unit has a cyclorama. The windows have a full blackout and semi-sheer blinds for natural light control. The space is available for creative and commercial video/photography projects, as well as meetings. It has a private bathroom, a full-service kitchen (available as part of rental), lounge area, and makeup station. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
