50 acres of mostly flat land perfectly framed by surrounding hills. Private, quiet, naturally soundproofed. Only 1/2 mile from I-10 within Yucaipa city limits. One hour and 15 minutes from LA City. Available for 24 hour shoots. Noise is not an issue, huge private property! 3 bedroom house available ONLY upon request Long-term leases and storage available for larger productions Street- level buildings w/ easy access for cars and container trucks Please check with your site manager if you plan to use animals during your production. An additional fee may apply, as an animal wrangler will be required for safety and supervision. This is a standard precaution to ensure the well-being of everyone on set. Props are placed throughout the property for staging purposes. If you’re interested in using any of them during your shoot, please ask about availability during your site visit.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
