Thanks for considering 55 Chrystie in the Lower East Side/Chinatown. The charming boutique building was formerly home and recording studio to the Beastie Boys in their early career. This cellar space has an open floor with 3,000 sqft and 10' high ceilings between the two rooms that are linked by a beautiful archway. The space features original exposed brick and is extremely versatile - ideal for photo/film shoots, music videos, gallery shows/exhibitions, intimate gatherings and events, and private creative classes. The space comes raw and you are welcome to bring your own equipment and decorations.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
