About the Space
Our space is great for: - Dance rehearsals - Small dance performances - Theater rehearsals and performances - Fitness classes (Yoga, Zumba, Martial Arts, etc.) - Movement based needs - Flexible use (we are open to your specific needs and will assess feasibility on a case by case basis) Our studio has an open floor plan with: - A cozy lobby with seating for up to 12 people. The lobby can easily be converted for any purpose and has a curtain divider that can be opened to widen the space. - Approximately 600 square feet of padded athletic flooring in the studio space with 24 feet of mirrors, two 6-foot ballet barres, and a blue tooth sound system - A break room/ kitchen area for changing with a water cooler and mini fridge

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is disinfected between each rental. The cleaning includes but is not limited to floors, mirrors, doors and handles, counter surfaces, chairs, restroom, water cooler, and fridge. We sanitize with Clorox products and give guests access to cleaning supplies during the rental. Disposable masks can be provided for a fee upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
