Open, Light and Airy Residential House
About the Space
A 3500 square feet residential house with an open floor plan and a lot of natural light. Located in a suburb near Los Angeles and Montrose area which is used in many films. Great for filming both inside and outside of the home due to the open floor plan, classic residential neighborhood and open nature in the backyard. We have had the front of our house filmed on ABC's show Station 19 and our backyard for a Walmart commercial. Both they claimed that we, as well as our neighbors, were great to work with.

We only book this location for filming, which happens very infrequently. Before a film booking, we are happy to have the house cleaned and disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
