This versatile 400 sq. ft. indoor space, paired with a 1,000 sq. ft. outdoor patio, offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and flexibility to create unforgettable memories. Indoor Features: Stylish Studio Layout: This layout includes a queen-size bed, a comfortable living area, and plenty of natural light thanks to double French doors. Full Bathroom: Equipped with a bathtub and essential amenities for your convenience. Entertainment & Comfort: TV with Netflix & high-speed WiFi Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster (please note: no kitchen or kitchen sink). Temperature Control: Stay cool in warmer months with a portable AC unit, and cozy during colder days with free-standing heaters. Outdoor Features: Expansive Private Patio (1,000 sq. ft.) with ample seating and a small charcoal grill. Urban Charm: The patio overlooks the back of some businesses, giving it a unique city-like vibe. We’ve arranged the seating to face the guesthouse for a more picturesque setting. Evening Lighting: If you're hosting an event after sunset, we recommend adding our LED patio lights for a warm, inviting atmosphere. Parking & Accessibility: Free street parking. Private parking for one car or a large van/truck, located next to the patio behind a manual gate. Additional Event Perks: Bring Your Own Rentals: Feel free to bring in your own tables and chairs, or browse our small collection of add-on rentals to enhance your event. Flexible Setup: Almost all furniture and decor (except the bed and wall-mounted TV) can be removed for your event. Just be sure to factor in reset time when booking. Important Notes: Noise Considerations: We are under the Burbank Airport flight path, so you may occasionally hear planes. Our guesthouse is cleaned between bookings by our housekeeper with ample time for disinfecting and allowing the space to be aired out. We take great pride in making sure our guesthouse meets the cleaning standards and products as outlined by health professionals.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
