About the Space
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ I offer a full backdrop support system thats completely portable. I typically stock white, black, blue, red, green, purple, grey, mocha and yellow seamless paper. They are $10.00 EACH. I charge a CLEANING FEE based on use. I also have lights available for rent If you need. (based on availability) SPACE Beautifully Restored Brownstone Parlor Floor. Can accommodate a wide range of productions and projects, from photoshoots, interviews to shorts. Also hosting brunch parties. The space is flooded with natural light during the day and has 12ft ceilings. Exposed brick adds a touch of modern charm to the space. There is even and meticulously restored fireplace and mantle to complete the brownstone look. The space is accessible via host. I will be available on-site during the entire production, making sure your experience is seamless. When you arrive, I will check you in and will be just a phone call away if you need assistance with decor, furniture rearrangement, or any other requests that might come up.

Space is vacuumed after each booking using a Dyson V8 HEPA vacuum. High touch surfaces such as door knobs and handles. Bathroom mopped and disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
