Built for commercial shoots, branded content, interviews, and everything in between. All rentals include full use of the lobby, conference room, kitchen, hair & makeup room, and edit/color suite. The Cyc Stage 23'W × 32' L × 15' H infinity cyc with a perfect 3' floor curve. An additional 850 ft² of staging area sits in front of the wall — plenty of room for art department, playback, and crew. The cyc comes pre-lit with eight RGBWW Luxli Taiko 2'×1' panels controlled via provided iPad, with dozens of pre-programmed color effects ready to go. The grid sits at 15', with six 4-plug outlets above it — each on a dedicated 20-amp circuit — and 200A of 3-phase power with cam locks available for larger packages. A basic G&E package is included with every rental. The stage has been acoustically treated for sound recording, with meaningful noise isolation from the outside. The Pod A dedicated shooting space designed for interviews, talking-head content, and productions that need texture without building a set. The Pod features an exposed concrete panel accent wall, polished concrete floors, and warm editorial furniture — a leather tufted sofa, two upholstered lounge chairs, and a reclaimed wood coffee table. It's camera-ready as-is, with a look that sits somewhere between editorial and industrial. Natural light from a large window on the left wall gives you a soft, controllable fill source. Production Infrastructure Every room in the studio has a 4K monitor that pulls camera feed via SDI — plug into the cable at the cyc wall edge, set input to HDMI1, and client playback is live. WiFi runs 800+ Mbps up and down throughout the building, with direct ethernet also available. Load-in is through a 12' garage bay that feeds directly into the stage. Seven dedicated parking spots out front, with free street parking for overflow.
