Our home is perfectly situated in a prime location only 5 minutes drive to historic New Brunswick, Rutgers University, hospitals, restaurants, highways including the turnpike, Garden State Parkway and 287 Highway. Princeton University is only 15 minutes away and short drive from NYC. The house is an expanded Split Level on 4 levels, which has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large expanded family room on the main floor with beautiful brick wood burning fireplace. Bay windows, full finished basement (converted to a bedroom) and lots of open spaces for natural light. We are offering the back yard and the main areas of the house for events. Close to NYC trains/buses & highways. This is a large/spacious home that will not disappoint.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected by a professional cleaning company. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between each booking. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
