More than 1 acre of land in North Miami with lush tropical landscape, heated swimming pool, a vintage airstream (RV), a tree house, a work out area aka Jungle Gym. The property was formerly a tree nursery, so there are some really unusual palm trees with wild shapes and sizes. Its beautiful during the day and even more special at night under the stars. Our location is very private, great for a photo shoot, video shoot, music video, special occasions, weddings, wellness events. Property is central and convenient to all areas of Miami. Wynwood (3.5 miles away), Design district (2.5 miles) , midtown (3 miles), beaches (5.5 miles) , Aventura (3 miles), Brickell (5 miles). HOURLY RATES (2 hour minimum): $150/hour - 1-5 people $250/hour - 6-15 people $350/hour - 16-25 people $450/hour - 26-35 people $500/hour if over 35 people No kids are allowed unless they are a part of the shoot.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
