Our spacious, open, and naturally-lit studio space is perfect for intimate gatherings, micro weddings, workshops, or creative projects. Each rental includes access to the full 3000sqft space, with gorgeous natural light and huge windows, amazing hardwood floors, a kitchenette, and built in sound system. It has hardwood finished floors, is an open concept, and has large windows facing north and west. There is a kitchenette on-site with a refrigerator. Bathrooms are located on the first and second floors; the first-floor bathroom is ADA accessible. We also have a small conference room available for changing, small storage, etc. There is ample metered street parking available. It is approximately 3000 sq ft and is suitable for events for up to 49 people (no additional group size charge). Round tables and foldable chairs can be added on as you book (6 tables / 50 chairs available) for $95. Selfie Station Photobooth (modern booth with gif, boomerang, or classic photo options) can be added on as you book for $250.
