We provide room lighting for evening events bounced off the white walls for a dimmed moody lighting. There is a required 4-hour minimum booking for all events. Tables/Chairs/ white linens are available for up to 50 guests for $250 flat upgrade fee. The polished white epoxy floors are a unique look that makes you feel FRESH when you enter. 16' ceilings with curved walls allow for any event planner to be limitless.

We have a regular professional cleaning service that cleans every area of the building thoroughly weekly. We clean high touch areas daily.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
