Parking situation: a parking lot on 1023 S Los Angeles St. Enter that and parking is $10 for the whole day. If you’d like to pay for meter parking there’s parking on MAIN, OLYMPIC, 11TH & LOS ANGELES. ( please read the signs posted on the street to avoid “TOWING” & “PARKING TICKETS”. (MAKE SURE YOU LOCK THE DOOR BACK WHEN YOU LEAVE) Front Desk manager will meet you and help! Can’t wait to meet you & see what you create. Ps. ( Another thing to keep in mind is your booking time includes your SET UP and CLEAN UP time. You will be charged We have strict overtime policies our overtime fee is 1.5x the after the designated time. That Includes not leaving on time or going over someone else’s time. So to avoid these fees be sure to BE OUT by the time your booking is over. •ANY USE OF ADD ONS WITHOUT PURCHASE WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC CHARGE. ADD ONS: Smoking fee: $100.00 Alcohol fee: $100.00 Pet fee: $100.00 Equipment OVERTIME FEE: Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. ELEVATOR: Our building elevator is open from Monday-Saturday 24/7 PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HOLIDAYS THE ELEVATOR IS CLOSED! TIME: If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to parking situation (although you can park in the lot for $7 cash) and trying to find our door. When your booking space is done please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time. EXTRA FEE CHARGES: -Overtime (Your set up time & pack up time is included in your booking) OVERTIME FEE: 1.5x the price Altering Sets Fee: $100.00 -Ruined Sets -Ruined Lights -Ruined Equipment The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We Wipe Down Every Surface After Each Booking Including Door Knobs Chairs And Tables Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
