Our studio was custom built from the ground up for film, video, and stills production in mind. Featuring a 50ftx60ft cyc wall, with 20ft of clearance to the grid. 3000 amps of power available, split between the grid and the ground. 15 tons of dedicated quiet air conditioners. NC-20 sound treatment to reduce echos and outside noise. Studio facilities include a scissor lift, massive pipe grid, drive-in access, and a loading dock. Studio supported by a business class fiber optic internet connection (500MBits symmetrical) to support streaming, drive transfers, or just really fast internet over wifi. Scissor lift usage is included if you are renting our equipment, but an additional fee if you are using outside vendors for grip/lighting. In terms of studio support rooms, included are a large hair/makeup room and green room. A second smaller shooting/podcast studio and an office area may be available for an additional fee. Included with the rental are 6 LED spacelites and a three light interview kit. Complete line of gear available on site at standard rental house rates. Spacelights, HMI's, LEDs, tungsten, theatrical lighting. Full power distribution. Rags and grip. Fisher dollies. Pro audio. Profoto strobes and modifers. Arri, Red, and Canon cameras, cine lenses, livestream and teleprompting gear, etc. You are welcome to bring in equipment in that you own personally or as a company, but there is a outside vendor facilities charge if you bring in production equipment from another vendor. We reserve the right to charge an electricity surcharge if you use high power items in the studio. Studio walls are white and shoot-ready. The floor is generally white, but may be patchy and will definitely not be pristine. We can paint the floor white for an additional cost. Curtain tracks are on three sides of the main studio, and typically have blackout solids. We can provide a 20x20 green screen curtain if requested in advance for free. Ask us about painting in other colors, greenscreen options, etc. Most importantly, you have our friendly and dedicated team onsite to make sure your project is a success.
