Health and Safety Measures
The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your booking. The cleaning fee includes emptying garbage, wiping down surfaces, and vacuum/dust after your booking. It does not include heavy kitchen cleaning, washing dishes, or doing laundry. If you are going to be using the kitchen to cook, please leave it the same way you found it. We kindly ask that if any kitchen items are used for staging purposes, please place them in the dishwasher before to go to minimize contact. Thank you! If you will be using bedding, or doing heavy cooking, the deep clean fee is $225.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
