When modern meets the jungle!! Our jungle house is FILLED with gorgeous rare plants from all over, upscale decor, original hardwood floors on all floors, white walls with black accent walls, California King size bed in our master bedroom and a swinging egg chair that everybody loves! Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, 55-inch Smart TV in the living room with additional Smart TVs in all bedrooms, and snacks for you to enjoy! We have hosted MANY photoshoots / events here and also offer two other different options listed below, dependent upon availability! Please note, these options are limited to 6 or less people, if more people will be present, kindly provide details for a custom quote! Option 1: Not always available but occasionally, we can offer a strict one hour rental from 1-2pm for a flat $150 (Sun-Thur) or $200 (Fri or Sat) rate if you just need a quick event! Option 2: Full Day Rate (starts at 1pm and includes the night’s stay): - $400* per weekday night (Sun-Thurs) - $600* per weekend night (Fri & Sat) *prices are for 2 guests staying, additional guests are charged at $25/guest/night on top of nightly rate, service fees / local taxes apply on top We just kindly ask that absolutely no plants or furniture are moved, the event is complete by our quiet hours at 9pm (if spending the night) & all the house rules listed below are followed. We will also require a refundable security deposit ($250 for option one or standard hourly rate and $500 for option two) that we return immediately pending no damages or broken rules!
