550+ square foot studio, well equipped with everything you would need to shoot. Just bring Your camera and start shooting. Throne chairs are available for rent, other than that everything else can be used. No smoking allowed in the studio, but balcony can be used to smoke. No time to clean after yourself it’s ok, just let us know , we’ll only charge a $25 flat fee.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
