About the Space

The space has been carefully curated to host indoor boudoir/ glamour type portraits. Lots of awesome furniture and props included in rental and a onsite hair and makeup artist can be added to rental for additional fee. Space has lots of beautiful natural light and windows. Lots of drape options like sheer, lace, heavy velvet .. so you can guide and bend the natural light coming into the space to create bright or moody shots. Private restroom attached to space so your client doesn’t need to go far. Space heaters provided. Hair/makeup station includes a variety of brushes, lip colors, etc. False eyelashes and eyelash application can also be provided for a small fee.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
