The space has been carefully curated to host indoor boudoir/ glamour type portraits. The space is also the perfect setting for your small intimate events like a birthday party, baby shower or even host a mystery / escape room game night with friends. Great space to meet up for book clubs. The space even has 7 floor easels, a counter with stools and canvas /paints for your next paint party. Lots of awesome furniture and props included in rental and an onsite hair and makeup artist can be added to rental for additional fee. Space has lots of beautiful natural light and windows. Lots of drape options like sheer, lace, heavy velvet .. so you can guide and bend the natural light coming into the space to create bright or moody shots. Stocked coffee and tea station plus mini fridge available for use Private restroom down the hall from space so your client doesn’t need to go far. Central air and heat provided. Hair/makeup station includes a variety of brushes, lip colors, etc. False eyelashes and eyelash application can also be provided for a small fee.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
