Newly built boardroom that can accommodate up to 32 or is divisible for 16. With a wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking Wacker Dr. the space is perfect for meetings or smaller social gatherings. The full space has state of the art audio visual with (4) 85" 4K monitors in each room, built in sound and microphone capabilities. The room can be designed as a boardroom or custom set. ***We only use Gibsons & Think Food Group Catering. No outside Food & Beverage or Caterers are approved within the space**

All events held at 110 N Wacker will require a 2 hour turnaround time to allow for proper sanitation practices and cleaning. After event spaces have been fully sanitized, doors will be opened for event. Between events, chairs will be sanitized.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
