- 2 floors - 16-foot ceilings with windows - mostly white with some dark and light brown - Floor level with access to load in bay - Access to both Bathroom and kitchen. - Can use space for filming and photography. - Can rearrange areas with my help. - Can do acoustic jams - Can do louder jams using my equipment but I would need to be present as a sound technician (additional fee).

- Need to wear Gloves and masks at all times. - Talent needs to wear mask when not on camera. - Wash hands with soap frequently. - Shoes off inside apartment - Need to clean apartment like you found it in. - Clean and wipe all surfaces you attended after work. - Make sure your team hasn't been in contact with anyone with symptoms before entering space.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
