About the Space
A modest, local wine & beer bar, famous for being host to the inner circles of the acoustic, vernacular, cultural, old-time, and jazz music scene. 1642 is the go-to watering hole and home base for these musicians and the music-loving community. The owner, Liz, has kept it going for over ten years. It offers a rare ambiance you don't find nowadays, rustic and industrial, moody and rich, gorgeous by sunset and candlelight at night. Space is great for all types of rental: personal events, photoshoots, recording / practice, studio sessions, music videos, unique filming for warm bar interiors, etc. Visit 1642bar.com/rentals for additional info or to inquire.
