The first will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking, you will get 1 video instruction - How to enter Our space is located on Hull street close to Atlantic Avenue in the beautiful Ocean Hill section of Brooklyn. We have a little over 500 sqft of space to use for your photoshoots, video shoots, small events, etc. We are about 9 minutes away from downtown. Space is flooded with natural light and many windows. Everything in the pictures are included. great light throughout the day. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
