Full production studio equipped with professional studio lighting, seamless backdrop rolls in a variety of colors, miscellaneous props, a vintage bar set and more. 2 Bathrooms, Large Dressing Room, Lounge Area, and open floor plan. Ideal for photography sets of all sizes. Music video and film production as well as events with a max capacity of 300. Over 7+ usable sets. Standard Photography Flash Lights Included Video Lights available for additional cost $20 upcharge for white cyc wall.

The space is thoroughly cleaned in between each booking using disinfectant spray and wipes on all hard and porous surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
