Multiple living spaces offer plenty of variety for photo and video shoots in one home. The stunning kitchen is a great place to cook and stage a meal. There are plenty of spaces that offer different aesthetics, as well as a sun room at the back of the home that receives wonderful light all day long. The backyard features a beautiful red maple and lots of flowers and plants around the home. Our home has been going through a 5-year restoration with attention to every single detail including all the original leaded windows, along with most of the homes gorgeous plaster details, curved ceilings, steam heat system, and fabulous woodwork. We'd love to host your next photo shoot, magazine shoot, interior shoot, film shoot, video shoot, cooking show, interview and more!

We take care to ensure the space is disinfected before crews come on-site and between guests. We space our booking to only allow one booking per 24 hour period to ensure time between guests. Lysol wipes, hand soaps, and other cleaning products are on-site for your use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
