This unique art studio was created for exclusive paint and sip experiences. Showcasing original paintings from local LA artists, this spacious studio would be the perfect spot for film and photography shoots, music videos, private events, and physical or artistic workshops.
Other things to note: The 753 sq ft space is located near the University of Southern California in central Los Angeles. The front door has a window with privacy tinting, allowing a lot of natural light to enter the space. There is one restroom with a lock. Once guests arrive a building host will be onsite or nearby for assistance throughout your booking

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
