Huge, modern kitchen with 10-foot island is perfect for catering set up for your party or corporate event, filming a cooking show or photo shoot. Teak 10-foot dining table with curated vintage art gallery wall. Large living space for intimate interviews, relaxing gatherings, or photos/ filming. Entire space is decorated in midcentury boho style and is full of mature plants and foliage. Super clean and welcoming space for your party, corporate meeting, team building, or video/ photo vision! All rentals include access to outdoor private patio with additional seating, as well as coffee/ espresso machine. Any additional supplies needed can be requested from host. -For corporate events, powerful wifi, white board/ flip charts/ markers with easel, 70-inch TV screen for casting, projector and screen available for use. -For parties, food or cooking productions – dishes, serving platters, utensils, pots and pans available for use. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
