About the Space
Welcome to my dream home! As as producer myself, I've rented many a film location and this space is one-of-a-kind. Perched high in the sky overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this two-story townhouse is perfect for smaller crews looking to film interviews, scenes in a living room, and kitchen scenes. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, an outdoor area with a hammock and a fire pit. The star of the show is the upper level, which boasts a Restoration Hardware-design living room, a dining area, and a kitchen. The bathrooms are beautiful but tight. There is a private patio off the living room with gorgeous views of the ocean. There is also an outdoor area with a hammock and a fire pit, but it's in a shared area so shots there should be kept to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: There are 80 steps to reach the townhouse. I can arrange for someone to bring up your gear for an additional fee. I look forward to welcoming you to my home!

The townhouse is cleaned and sanitized between bookings. Couch and rug cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee. If there is damage to those, an additional fee will be charged to pay for the labor.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
