About the Space
Large, open studio space on the top floor of the historic Flatiron Arts Building with southwest facing windows and a giant skylight in the rear. This large open space has been recently remodeled with new hardwood floors and white walls. High ceilings and large windows facing southwest help make natural light photography effortless and consistently beautiful all throughout the day. Perfect for intimate photoshoots or large productions needing space.
Located right across from the Damen Blue Line. With metered and unmetered parking on the surrounding streets. (free parking next to the actual park in Wicker which is half a block from the studio)

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
