Our space is able to accommodate Music Videos, Photoshoots, Movie Sets, Short films, Private listening Parties, Podcast and more.... WE PROVIDE CUSTOM SET DESIGN! Depending on the concept of your visual, our space has a Team that will design a set catering to your project. We also have a MainStream Internet Radio Station, Private Photography Studio, Recording Studio. Clean Restrooms, Lounge Area, Clean Lobby. ***The 2 hour minimum includes 2 sets. If you want an additional set/sets, please add an additional hour for each additional set.*** ***Note this location is a large warehouse setting without central air conditioning. We do provide complimentary water.*** ***Towing services for vehicles are available for $150.*** THRONE CHAIR NOT INCLUDED

We have a cleaning team that keeps our facility clean for every client that comes in. We also require that our clients maintain a clean environment while being accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
