The open floor concept is perfect for production crews to get every desired angle of a kitchen, living room, or dining room scene. It is also great for small events. The condo occupies the third and fourth floor of the building and requires a walk up of the first two flights. This area can be used to stage additional equipment or personnel. There is a spacious half bathroom on the main floor and 240 square foot deck. The main floor is 1300 square feet of open space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
