Our studio is designed for photography. It's divided into two beautiful big photo studios that can be rented separately or together. Each is 1000 sq feet. **This listing is for the front room** The front room has big north-facing windows letting in lots of even natural light. Its outfitted to either be a minimal studio with different backdrops as well as more environmental with different couches, chairs and furniture options. The back space is the work horse featuring an 18 foot wide built-in cyc wall with 20 feet of white floor and lots of space to back up to use your long lenses. Both rooms have 10-foot ceilings. There are light stands, c-stands, sand bags, and V-Flats free to use when they're available (Sometimes I'm on location and need to bring stands). We also have a two strobe lighting kit available for $50 for a shoot. And Seamless Backdrops are aavailable for walk on for an additional $40 for 10 feet on the floor. **Please note, to keep the space dynamic we're often swapping out furniture and backdrops. If you see a specific object or colour you'd like to shoot with, please let us know ahead of time to confirm its availability**
