The building can be entered through the yellow door on the south (back) side of the building. We have a lobby as well as 2 bathrooms that can also work as changing rooms. There are several props including plants and 3 sided paneling (black, grey, and white mesh) The room also has several pieces of furniture including 8 foot black futons, 4 white high top chairs, office chairs, a black 4 foot table, and 2 small 2 foot high tables. Entering the building more than 5 minutes before your rental starting time will result in additional charges automatically billed to your account. If you do not wish to be charged an early arrival fee, please arrive at your rental starting time, thank you! This space is perfect for large video shoots and / or photoshoots. We boast a 18 foot by 15 foot long white curved broadcast wall that goes 10 feet high and 12 feet into the floor. The room is sound proofed and has air conditioning coming in constantly from a unit in a different room to avoid any noises. Included Lighting The studio includes the following continuous lighting equipment: • Five Lume Cube Tube Light XL 4 foot RGB lights that illuminate the cyc wall and can be adjusted to different colors using the iPad on the wall • Two Lume Cube XL 60W RGB Mini COB LED Lights Controlled with the iPad on the wall. These are attached to the overhead staging on the ceiling. • Two SmallRig RC120B bi-color lights on mobile c-stands that can be moved around. • One Amaran 60D Spotlight with a Spotlight lens attachment on a c-stand The ceiling-mounted lights are positioned at set lighting angles and cannot be moved, but the settings can be adjusted using the iPad as needed. All included lights are continuous lights. Strobe lights are not provided and must be supplied by the renter if needed.
