The house itself is a three-bedroom, two-bath 1965 brick ranch with a full unfinished basement (guest bedroom and bath are unavailable for use). Our home sits on an 8.5-acre plot that is mostly woods--clear trails, complete with wooden bridges spanning a beautiful creek, wind through the woods. The woods are perfect for filming or photo shoots. The house has been used as a film set for horror movies requiring spooky basements (the basement features a large fireplace, an antique piano, and a deep-set panic room). With a covered front porch, carport, and an expansive front yard, production teams could easily set up tents for craft services, catering, and a video village.
