About 3 LINES STUDIO BLACK BOX
Our space is an open-concept warehouse built for creative projects—whether you're filming, shooting photography, hosting workshops, or planning an event. We have a large parking lot and a convenient alleyway for easy load-in and load-out of gear, vehicles, or large items. It features a ceiling grid system, making it easy to hang lights, curtains, and set pieces for your ideal look. The space is also fully air-conditioned and heated for comfort during your shoot or event. We also provide 12 colored seamless backdrops, free to use as long as they remain undamaged. We have booties available for rent. Any tears, holes, or footprints will be charged at $10 per foot of damage. Studio dimensions: Warehouse Gate: 9'4" wide & 9ft. high. Warehouse Area: 39' x 21'7" x 13' Hallway Area: 18'1" x 4'3" x 11' Creative Room: 17'5" x 11'2" Bathroom Area: 9'3" x 6'7" x 8'

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The cleaning fee will cover the removal of trash from the bathroom, kitchen, and warehouse studio. The cleaning fee does not cover any damages or scuffs on the walls, floors, or doors.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
