This studio provides a nice unique style. Cozy and comfortable makes you feel right at hone. We invite you to come and get creative with our space, and experience the warmth of our modern space in Downtown Los Angeles. Thanks to the light weight easy to move furniture space, adjustments are made with ease. The apartment is in the Los Angeles Downtown area, an excellent location for creatives of all types. Just keep in mind when you come you may not want to leave so we are opened to regulars :). Come and work with us! Professionals Sweep, mop, and clean the space Supplied with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
