About the Space
This 3 bed/4 bath modern Tudor was built in 2007 and has hardwood floors, plantation shutters, stainless steel appliances, and 2 spacious living areas. The open floor plan, along with modern amenities, makes our home ideal for gatherings, shoots, entertaining, and corporate stays. The resort-like backyard offers lounge chairs for laying out poolside, a covered patio with outdoor couches and a flat screen tv, and another living area under a pergola with stringed lights and a fireplace. We have an open floor plan which is great for entertaining. On the first level of our home, you will find an open living and kitchen area, 2 guest bedrooms, 1 full bath, and 1 powder bath. Each guest room has a queen bed and one of them is Temper-Pedic. On the second level, you will find an oversized master suite with a spa-like bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The bed is a king and super comfortable. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and separate shower. There is also a bonus room upstairs with a sectional (can sleep one person very comfortably), cable TV and private powder bath. We have a blow-up mattress and extra bedding for this room that we are happy to make available upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
