Amazing space situated in the heart of historic downtown Kent on 1st avenue; surrounded by restaurants, shopping/grocery, and small businesses. Safe community located just one block away from Kent’s downtown police station. Ground level access in a secured historic building with road side parking and a free parking lot just a block away. Space is equipped with soft boxes, bright continous RGB lights, strobes, umbrella with diffuser, c-stands, snoot projector, extra backdrop stands, tripods, 5-in-1 reflector, seamless backdrop papers of different colors; all available for rent. If you are in need of any additional equipment please see add-ons. A certificate of insurance is required for any add-on rentals. Creators Hub is perfect for group photos, individual headshots/photo shoot, fashion shoots, products shoot, and hosting events of up to 65 occupants.

Space is clean before each session and clients are responsible to clean up after themselves and remove all trash.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
