We are excited to welcome you into our eclectic creative sanctuary space! ABOUT THE SPACE The space is a beautiful eclectic live/work loft in Historic downtown LA. It is perfect for intimate gatherings, workshops and creative projects of all kinds. Featuring a big, open, spacious floor plan of 2,000 square feet. LOTS of natural sunlight in the early afternoon to sunset in the summer and in the early morning and early afternoon during the fall and winter. The colorful lights in the space bring forth character and dreamy inspiring creative energy to life in the evening to night. The space is designed and curated by three female artists in residence. We welcome small intimate gatherings are encouraged as well as professional film productions, podcasts, music videos, interviews etc. (Please note that there is a cat who resides here, as a caution to those who may have allergies) The loft is perfect for • Photography / Video shoots • Curated Dinner Parties • Product Shoots • Writing camps • Podcast recordings/video shoots Interviews • Music video shoots • Dance Studio • Yoga Studio • Drawing classes • Cooking classes • Various workshops • Intimate Dinner parties • Company Retreats • Viewing parties + more Perfect for photo and video shoots, branding shoots & lifestyle shoots The Bathroom and kitchen are available for use. While we encourage you to vibe out and enjoy the space, please keep music and noise at a reasonable level at all times. ADDITIONALLY, Roof access can be added to your booking for an additional price on a case to case basis. Loft Features include: • classic brick walls • large windows all around the loft with sheer white flowy curtains. • Furnished and decorated with eclectic furniture, artworks, plants and a lot more that create a unique atmosphere, we know you will love working in our space. • The entire loft has grey polished concrete flooring. • Light fixtures that are dimmable. • A chandelier. And fairy lights on the ceiling that provide a cozy low light atmosphere. The lounge area has a Brooklyn vibe with brick walls and the urban view through the windows. It features: • 1 white incredibly comfortable couch • A grand piano • 2 desks and desk chairs • A kitchen island •A glass multi level coffee table • A multitude of floor cushions for additional seating options The KITCHEN / DINNING area • fully equipped and functional kitchen with fridge, stove, french press coffee maker, oven, dishwasher. Perfect for your lunch break or as a set for a food show or cooking workshop! CLEANING • We do a deep clean of the loft before and after every booking, Please let us know if you are feeling sick we are happy to push your reservation to a different time of your convenience. • We request that you absolutely DO NOT bring any glitter or decor that has glitter. It is not only so difficult to clean, but terribly dangerous for our cat as well. If we find glitter after your booking, we will have no choice to charge you a $300 cleaning fee. • Due to COVID-19 rising as a concern, we ask that you and your production team be mindful of any symptoms and please reschedule at the earliest signs of any symptoms or illness. Let's all do our parts in combatting the spread of the delta variant. Thank you for following CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. TIMING • Kindly note that your setup/wrap-up time MUST be within your booking period. It is imperative that we leave some buffer time to disinfect the area entirely for the next booking. Any additional time will be charged to the account holder. Myself or another representative will be on site in the building at all times so please don't hesitate to ask for help when you need it.
